As a motion graphic designer, you will be responsible for bringing captivating visual stories to life through animations and motion graphics that align with our branding and messaging. Your work will play a crucial role in elevating the visual appeal and effectiveness of our digital and multimedia campaigns.Responsibilities:Conceptualize and design visually engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.Collaborate with the creative team and content team to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling motion graphic concepts.Develop storyboards and create compelling narratives to convey complex ideas through visual storytelling.Utilize industry-standard software (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator) to create high-quality motion graphics and animations.Create and edit video footage, add special effects, and synchronize audio to enhance the visual appeal of the final product.Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and tools to continually improve the quality and innovation of motion graphic designs.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, meeting the high standards of creativity and quality.Requirements:Proven experience as a motion graphic designer or in a similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphic projects and animations.Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and design principles.Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and willingness to explore new techniques and styles.Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
