Role Overview :


We are looking for a skilled Quantitative Researcher to join our innovative team. In this role, you will utilize statistical and quantitative techniques to explore and develop cutting-edge trading strategies. Collaborating with traders, developers, and data scientists, you will play a critical role in strategy design, testing, and deployment across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze historical data to identify trading opportunities and statistical edges.


- Design and backtest trading strategies using proprietary tools and applications.


- Collaborate with traders and incorporate insights from academic and industry research to create innovative strategies.


- Improve research infrastructure and enhance back-testing frameworks.


- Deploy profitable strategies in live trading environments using in-house software.



- Monitor and optimize deployed strategies to maximize their :


Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, B.Tech, Computer Science, or a related field.


Experience : Minimum 1 year in quantitative research, statistical analysis, or similar Skills :

- Proficiency in Python and R for data and statistical analysis.


- Experience with C++ for performance optimization.


- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.



- Strong problem-solving skills and quantitative Skills :


- Experience with machine learning techniques in financial markets.
