We believe in high autonomy, creative freedom, and the power of a team that loves what they play. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Game Producer. As a Game Producer, you will oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of gaming projects. You will collaborate with creative, technical, and business teams to align on project goals, create production schedules, foster collaboration, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. You will also manage the team’s workflow, address challenges, and keep stakeholders informed about progress. Qualifications Exceptional Communication and Team Management skills to effectively lead and coordinate a diverse team across departments. Solid Project Management abilities to organize timelines, resources, and strategies for game development projects. Familiarity with Console platforms and other gaming technologies to ensure successful platform adaptation. Understanding of Game Design principles and processes to contribute to creative development and deliver a cohesive game experience. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in a production environment. Passion for gaming and experience in the video game industry is a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Project Management, or a relevant field preferred.
