This role is ideal for freshers and experienced recruiters (up to 2+ years) who are interested in healthcare recruitment, candidate screening, and end-to-end hiring coordination in a remote, full-time setup.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for Dental and Nursing roles (Fresher to Experienced)Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and social mediaScreen resumes based on qualification, experience, licensing, and client requirementsConduct initial HR screening calls and assess communication & role fitCoordinate interviews between candidates and clientsFollow up with candidates for interview feedback, offer, and joiningMaintain accurate candidate tracking and recruitment reportsEnsure compliance with hiring timelines and quality standardsRequired QualificationsAny graduate (Healthcare / Life Sciences background is a plus)Basic understanding of Dental or Nursing roles preferredFreshers with a strong interest in recruitment are welcomeSkills & CompetenciesGood communication skills (English mandatory)Basic knowledge of the recruitment lifecycleAbility to screen candidates and understand JD requirementsFamiliarity with job portals and sourcing is a plusStrong follow-up and coordination skillsComfortable working in a remote environment
