Role Overview

We are looking for a Backend GoLang Developer with strong expertise in database design, SQL, ORM, ETL, and large data models. The role involves designing high-performance backends, implementing complex business logic, and managing system performance in a fast-paced, computation-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in GoLang.
• Design, manage, and optimize large relational database schemas (MySQL/Postgres or similar).
• Implement and manage ORM frameworks (e.G., GORM or equivalent) for efficient DB interactions.
• Build APIs (REST/GraphQL) for internal and external system integration.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines for data transformation.
• Build scalable business logic modules for financial workflows and computation-heavy systems.
• Collaborate with architects and front-end developers on system design and API development.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance tuning in production.
• Support deployment and system monitoring in an onsite environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of backend development experience (preferably in GoLang).
• Strong DB design skills, with hands-on experience in SQL optimization and data modeling.
• Experience in ETL processes and handling large datasets.
• Strong problem-solving and business logic programming capabilities.
• Familiarity with system monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Bonus Skills:
• Exposure to ERP systems.
• Experience with computation-heavy or data-intensive applications.
• Knowledge of financial/lending systems.
