Job description Client Servicing HeadExperience: 12 to 14 years + (Digital agency background mandatory)Location: Mumbai WFO – VashiFemales onlyKey Responsibilities:1.Team Management: Key responsibilities include setting goals, monitoring performance, conducting reviews, mediating conflicts, and acting as a liaison between the team and upper management. 2.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact and manage client expectations.3.Strategic Planning: Understand client business goals and objectives to develop digital strategies in collaboration with the agency’s creative and technical teams.4.Project Management: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all client projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.5.Communication: Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.6.Internal Liaising: Working with the heads of internal department, to manage teams in delivering on time results/output in order to retain and grow all customer accounts, taking responsibility for the quality of work carried out by all team members.7.Feedback and Reporting: Collect client feedback, monitor campaign performance, and generate performance reports to share with clients and internal stakeholders.8.Problem Solving: Identify client issues and concerns, proactively address them, and work collaboratively with the agency team to find effective solutions.9.Business Development: Assist in identifying growth opportunities with existing clients and potentially participate in new business pitches.10.Billings: To manage account billings, spends tracking and collectionsRequired Skills & Qualifications:∙Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.∙A minimum of 12 years’ experience, in a digital marketing agency∙Proven experience as a Client Servicing Manager or similar role, ideally in a digital agency setting.∙Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and digital production processes.∙Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with clients at senior level.∙Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.∙Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.∙Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.∙Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.Preferred Skills:∙Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).∙Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).∙Hands on knowledge of all Digital channels: Web, Social Media, PPC, SEO, etc.Work Environment & Culture:∙Dynamic and fast-paced agency environment.∙Opportunity for career advancement and skills development.∙Collaborative team-oriented culture with a focus on innovation and creativity.∙Willing to travel for client meetings
