Qualifications Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of retail banking, banking regulations, and financial services.Training skills: Proven expertise in delivering engaging training sessions.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively educate diverse groups of students.Analytical abilities: Strong ability to assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.Education and experience: Bachelor’s or Master's degree. Relevant teaching or training experience is preferred.Adaptability: Capability to tailor training methods to address the needs of students with various learning styles and backgrounds.
