ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Support development, test and production environments, including application security and availability.  Ensure availability and stability of Custom Applications production environments. Install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot Windows Servers, IIS, Scheduled Tasks, and Services.  Install patches and updates as appropriate on production, development, test environments and staging environments. Work with database administrators and the technical group to resolve issues and identify optimal solutions.  Participate in the IT Change Management process which includes, but is not limited to the drafting of plans, system testing and application of controls for all updates made to a test or production environment. Must be well versed with tickets handling and day-to-day tasks and issues prioritization. Work with business analysts and developers to resolve issues. Provide technical input for and assist in the maintenance of departmental documentation relating to the environment.  Maintain the security and confidentiality of information accessible on managed systems. Work with analysts to monitor, manage and resolve any incoming helpdesk calls that pertain to the Middleware systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Detailed knowledge of Windows Servers, IIS, .NET, and Java applications Experience in installing and configuring Windows Server Roles, Features, and IIS Components. Proficiency in Windows Server administration across versions , , , and . Experience in installing SSL certs and applying security protocols. Strategic planning for OS upgrades, Experience in migrating servers from obsolete to the latest versions. Knowledge on AVS,Skilled in VM provisioning on AVS (Azure VMware Solution) Knowledgeable in VMware technologies such as ESXi, HA, DRS, and storage migration Sound understanding of AWS and Azure services including EC, Route, RDS, VPC and IAM.  Deployment and migration of VMs on AWS and Azure, including AMI migration on AWS. Experience with Azure services like App Registration, VM creation, resource group management, and subscription and billing management.  Proficiency in Domain Controller and Group Policy Management, Azure SSO setup configurations, DNS, DHCP management, and PowerShell scripting.  Experience with SCCM upgrade, AVD knowledge added a advantage.  Basic understanding of Commvault backup and VMware Zerto Replication. Familiarity with DR planning in both cloud and on-premises environments Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skill with both technical and end user levels. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Ability to manage shifting priorities and workloads. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
