We're seeking a future team member for the role of VicePresident, Anti Money Laundering/Prevention/Know Your ClientManager I to join our AML/Prevention/KYC team. This role is inPune, Maharashtra - HYBRID.

Inthis role, you'll make an impact in the followingways: 

  • Manages asmall team of AML/KYC/Prevention staff assigned to research,prepare, and review basic and complex client profiles for clientsthat vary in risk and complexity.
  • Managessmall team of staff involved in preparing and reviewing clientprofiles for clients and monitoring global issues, risks and eventsto determine impact on clients' risk level.
  • Ensures adherence to the review framework. May providerecommendations to help ensure that the process, from preparationto approval, is equipped with the appropriate checks and balancesto ensure accuracy.
  • Serves as the escalationpoint for issues regarding client profiles, keeping leadershipapprised of potential areas of concern.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders from otherfunctions to help coordinate AML/KYC/Prevention procedures andpolicies in overall compliance strategy.
  • Supports the implementation of training programs andgathers feedback to determine whether trainings address departmentfindings and organizational need.
  • Recruits,directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individualcontribution, their professional growth and their ability tofunction effectively with their colleagues as a team.
  • Responsible for achievement of function goals. Ensuresteam is equipped to operationalize and attain team objectives.Manages financial resources of the team (budgets, expenses,etc.)

To besuccessful in this role, we're seeking thefollowing: 

  • 10+years of AML/KYC work experience Required; 3-5 Years of PeopleManagement Experience
  • High school/secondaryschool or the equivalent combination of education and experience isrequired; Post Graduate degree is Required.
