Roles and Responsibilities:Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure that all projects align with university standards and statutory norms.Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to design specifications, material standards, and safety regulations.Conduct regular inspections to verify construction progress and quality of work.Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.Ensure timely completion of all civil, electrical, and plumbing works as per project schedules.Verify and certify contractor bills and progress claims based on work completion.Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of university buildings, hostels, laboratories, classrooms, and utilities.Prepare annual maintenance schedules for civil, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.Coordinate with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service providers and vendors for HVAC, lifts, DG sets, water treatment plants, and other installations.Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental laws.Implement and monitor site safety practices for workers and contractors.Maintain statutory documentation related to safety inspections, certifications, and permits.Support energy conservation, water management, and waste management initiatives.Pay Scale: Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates.Location : Guntur Andhra PradeshInterested candidates kindly share your updated CV's to cvimala@kluniversity.in - for any enquiries please reach us on 7981337620 - Vimala Ch - Asst Manager-HR - KL University
