Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder with Investment of 50 Lakhs to 1 Cr (25% Equity) at hyperNB, located in Delhi NCR. The Co-Founder will be responsible for strategic planning and decision-making, leading the development and implementation of business strategies, and ensuring company growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing sales and marketing strategies, and fostering effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders. As a Co-Founder, you will be instrumental in driving the company's vision and success. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities Excellent Communication skills Experience in Sales and Marketing Leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and technology Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
