Role Description:

Are you a proactive and highly organized individual with a passion for building relationships? Yatra Veda is seeking dynamic MBA freshers to join our team as Channel Partner Executives . This role is pivotal in expanding our reach by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing a strong network of travel agents, ultimately driving sales of our unique spiritual tour packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Database Building: Identify and build a comprehensive database of domestic and international travel agents in key markets.
  • Channel Partner Acquisition: Actively onboard new channel partners to collaborate with Yatra Veda.
  • Sales Generation: Drive sales of Yatra Veda's curated tours through effective engagement with our agent network.
  • Marketing Collateral Support: Coordinate the timely provision of all necessary marketing collateral to channel partners and proactively assess their additional needs.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the development of required marketing materials and support.
  • Channel Partner Engagement: Organize and coordinate monthly channel partner seminars for the management team, ensuring strong attendance.
  • Communication & Promotion: Create, develop, and broadcast weekly email and WhatsApp communications to our agent database about upcoming tours and special offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with agent partners through regular phone, email, and WhatsApp communication, actively following up to drive tour sales to their customers.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in any stream.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
  • Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • A strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation Structure:

This role begins with a 3-month intensive training period, designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.

  • Stipend during training:
  • Month 1: ₹10,000
  • Months 2 & 3: ₹15,000 per month (post initial evaluation)
  • Full-Time Compensation: Upon successful completion of the 3-month internship and a final evaluation, you will be offered a full-time position with an annual CTC ranging from ₹2.5 Lakhs to ₹3.5 Lakhs plus Incentives
