Hello, Greeting from Quess Corp Hope you are doing well we have job opportunity with one of our client Designation_ Manager - Marine & Demurrage Claims Location – Bangalore Experience – 6yrs to 12 yrs Qualification – Graduate / PG Skill Set - Marine & Demurrage Claims *Experience in Marine claims management and processing(Demurrage, Cargo Shipping Industry, Import and Export Documentation, Port operations, Shipping/Marine Insurance) *Handle a team size of 75 to 100 associates *Should have managed teams in BPM environment managing clients *Responsible for end-to-end Service delivery and SLAs *Attend process level meetings i.e client facing. *Support Management with insights on the process/domain decisions. • Excellent Communication skills • Strong analytical & interpersonal skills Strong client/ stakeholder management skills • Transition & Transformation experience preferred • Experience in handling seamless operations
