PROS seeks a highly skilled and motivated Shopify API AI Data Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of technical and marketing expertise and experience with Data Pipeline Development, Data Analysis, Reporting and Quality Assurance, and Database Management.MUST HAVE SHOPIFY API/APP EXPERIENCE.Must have machine learning and AI experience. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).Working hours USA daytime EST.Key ResponsibilitiesData Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and manage data pipelines to efficiently collect, process, and store marketing data from various sources.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with marketing analysts to understand data needs and develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights. Find data that matches business requirements such as segmenting contacts based on their activity history Leverage existing BI solutions such as Google Data Studio or build custom dashboardsAt least 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads APIs for data analysisDatabase Management: Setup and optimize data warehouse on the cloud. Azure experience is a plus.Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms. Ensure pristine data through data clean up processes, fuzzy logic, and third-party enrichment integrations.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, third-party vendors, and IT, to align data engineering efforts with business objectives.QualificationsExperience: 3+ years of experience as an AI Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong background in MS Azure, Google Analytics, and Shopify API. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data engineering, data integration techniques, and APIs. Familiar with writing code and platforms, as well as data handling and data visualization. Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is a plus. Familiarity with machine learning systems is a plus.Marketing & Sales Data: Experienced with data from e-commerce platforms and marketing automation systems.
