About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer with 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will develop, deploy, and optimize intelligent solutions that power our core products. You'll work on state-of-the-art algorithms, data pipelines, and real-world machine learning problems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and deep learning algorithms
  • Work with structured and unstructured data, including text, images, and time-series
  • Build end-to-end ML pipelines, from data preprocessing to model deployment
  • Implement MLOps practices for versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD of ML models
  • Apply feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning
  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to integrate AI components
  • Conduct performance evaluation using metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, ROC-AUC, etc.
  • Use NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics based on project requirements
  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI engineering
  • Proficient in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
  • Experience with data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy
  • Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, probability, and data structures
  • Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Experience with ML model deployment tools: Docker, FastAPI, Flask, Streamlit, MLflow
  • Knowledge of Git, Jupyter Notebooks, and version control systems

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Experience with LangChain, LLMs, transformers, Hugging Face
  • Hands-on with AutoML, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS
  • Knowledge of data pipelines using Apache Airflow, Kafka, or Spark
  • Understanding of MLOps, Kubeflow, CI/CD pipelines for ML
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
