Job Overview:
We are urgently looking for an experienced Business Developer (Online Bidder) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online bidding platforms and a proven track record of generating business for IT and web development companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelancer, and Elance.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and client interactions.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to secure projects.
- Handle client communication, proposal writing, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the client base.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market demands to align business strategies accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in bidding portals (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.).
- Ability to bring in new projects and acquire clients for the company.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IT and web development industry trends.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in online bidding and business development.
- Prior experience in a web development company.
- Understanding of IT terminologies and project scopes.
