The Java Full Stack Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions. Detailed Job Description :

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of full stack developers.


- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the development team.


- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews for team members.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable web applications.


- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security.


- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of the code base.


- Should have an understanding of project configuration management.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.


- Plan, execute, and monitor development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.


- Identify and mitigate risks, and manage project timelines and resources effectively.

- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Java, Spring boot and related technologies. Design and implement responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js). Integrate front-end and back-end components to create seamless user experiences.

- Familiar with Implementation / Deployment of Angular/ React JS / Node JS

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications using Java, Java8, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, and Multithreading

- Understanding of object-oriented Java programming.

- Familiarity with SQL(Oracle, MS SQL,MY SQL)/NoSQL databases.

- Experienced in batch programming concepts & coding standards.

- Experienced in Session Management, Exception Handling and Debugging Skills

- Should be able to troubleshoot issues such as configuring runtime environments,

- Performance tuning of database queries, operating system compatibility.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in full stack development.


- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.


- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Software Skills :

- Essential : Java, Spring Framework, Spring boot, SQL, NoSQL, ORM frameworks, DevOps & Agile

- Desirable : Cloud Platforms, Java, micro services architecture, RESTful API. Docker, Kubernetes deployments and design.

- Industry/Technology Background : Document Management Systems, Strong front-end development, JavaScript frameworks
