You should be comfortable owning financial models, explaining the story behind the numbers, and partnering with leadership to improve performance.If you are someone who loves turning messy data into clean insights and recommendations, this is for you.What you will doOwn monthly financial reporting including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisBuild and maintain operating models that support revenue planning and expense managementTrack key metrics like ARR, gross margin, CAC, burn rate, EBITDA, and cash runwayPartner with cross functional teams on financial requests and scenario planningAnalyze business trends, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actionsSupport quarter end closes with accurate and timely financial dataPrepare presentations for leadership that simplify the complex and drive decisionsWhat we need from you3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysisDirect experience working with US based companies and familiarity with US GAAPStrong Excel and modeling skills plus comfort with tools like NetSuite or QuickBooksAbility to communicate insights clearly and confidently with senior stakeholdersOwnership mindset with a habit of running toward problems instead of around themBonusExperience in SaaS or high growth startupsExposure to BI tools like Tableau or Power BIIf you can start on October 29 and want to play a key role in shaping business decisions, we would love to talk.
