We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies, while contributing to strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS).
Ensure timely completion of audits, tax filings (Income Tax, GST, TDS), and other statutory compliances.
Monitor and manage company's cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions and improve profitability.
Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial legislation and regulations.
Handle reconciliations, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.
Manage and lead the finance team to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of [India / applicable country].
[X+] years of relevant post-qualification experience (specify if required).
Proficient in accounting software (e.G., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).
Strong understanding of tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
