We specialize in storytelling-driven visuals with a strong cinematic and emotional aesthetic. Role Overview We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager who understands wedding aesthetics, storytelling, and short-form video trends. The role focuses on building a strong digital presence, driving engagement, and generating quality wedding enquiries. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning Create and execute monthly social media calendars Plan content around real weddings, BTS, reels, testimonials, team culture & features Align content with wedding seasons, destinations, and ongoing projects Content Creation & Publishing Curate, edit, and publish photos, reels, carousels & stories Edit short-form videos optimized for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts Write engaging, story-driven captions with enquiry-focused CTAs Platform Management Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & YouTube (shorts) Ensure posting consistency: Instagram: 4–5 posts/week + daily stories Pinterest: 3–5 pins/week Schedule posts using Meta or third-party tools Engagement & Community Building Respond to DMs, comments & enquiries within defined turnaround time Actively engage with wedding planners, venues, brides & grooms Build meaningful collaborations and online relationships Lead Generation & Growth Optimize profile bios, highlights & pinned content for enquiries Track leads generated through social media Support campaigns for bookings, exhibitions & destination weddings Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics: reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile visits & enquiries Share monthly reports with insights and recommendations Identify top-performing content formats and improve strategy Brand Consistency & Coordination Maintain consistent brand tone, visual style & premium positioning Coordinate with photographers, cinematographers & editors Ensure timely publishing aligned with shoot schedules Trend & Market Research Stay updated with reel trends, audio & wedding content formats Monitor competitor and industry accounts Propose innovative content ideas regularly Requirements 2–4 years experience as a Social Media Manager (wedding/luxury/creative brands preferred) Strong understanding of Instagram-first content Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Reels & Shorts) Excellent storytelling and caption-writing skills Familiarity with analytics tools and social media insights Ability to work with creative teams and tight timelines Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience handling wedding or luxury brands Pinterest growth strategy experience Paid ads knowledge (Meta) Influencer or bride collaboration experience
