Role Highlights
- Develop, optimize, and validate wire-bonding processes.
- Work with gold, copper, and aluminum wire bonding.
- Troubleshoot equipment (e.g., K&S) and design tooling/window clamps.
- Train and guide local teams.
- Act as the subject matter authority for all wire-bonding issues.
Ideal Candidate
- 5–10 years of hands-on wire-bonding experience in OSAT/semiconductor packaging.
- Strong process + equipment troubleshooting expertise.
- Knowledge of 4M framework (Man, Material, Machine, Method).
- Experience mentoring or leading teams.
- Indians abroad (Malaysia/Philippines preferred) ready to return and contribute.
