Job Description
1. Safety and ESG Management
* Part of ESG Council. Contribute to the development and attainment of Sustainability Operation metrics
* Ensure EHS policies, guidelines and procedures fully support organisation goals and business objectives
* Ensure proper governance of EHS performance, including audits, reporting, assessments and certifications
* Understand and apply internal and international EHS and Compliance rules and regulations to supply chain operational processes2. Integrated Quality and Product Stewardship Management
* Develop IQ and PS road map for the company. Drive the implementation of annual work plans.
* Ensure IQ and PS guidelines and procedures fully support the company's goals and objectives
* Ensure proper governance of IQ performance, including audits, reporting, assessments and certifications
3. Cash Management
* Design and implement supply chain planning network that will both optimise cash flow and ensure acceptable service levels
* Derive Net Working Capital reduction framework including demand, inventory and planning improvement
* Define metrics and governance platform that measure and track NWC performance, root cause analysis
* Develop Operations Capex road map, define annual Capex budget plan and ensure the execution is within the budget4. Operational Efficiency / Cost Management
* Drive Supply Chain Excellence to improve service with optimal costs, including logistics optimisation
* Drive Operational Excellence to improve costs, utilisation
* Drive the implementation of the Supply Chain Transformation initiatives, to ensure achievement of OTIF, optimised inventory, leading customer service standards and top line growth and minimised back orders
* Develop digitisation road map to improve visibility and efficiency
* Develop and own annual functional budget5. Global Plant Operations
* Provide leadership to drive change, results and organisation responsiveness to business targets and supply chain disruptions
* Develop and implement plans and strategy for technical operations and supply chain aligned to business plans and strategy, delivering projected growth, optimised cost and cash
