Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and develop Odoo modules and applications based on business requirements.
- Analyze and improve existing Odoo ERP implementations.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver effective solutions to business needs.
- Perform Odoo ERP customization and configuration to meet project requirements.
- Integrate Odoo applications with other third-party systems.
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Odoo applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
- Experience with Odoo (OpenERP) framework and customization techniques.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Odoo certification(s) is a plus (but not mandatory).
- Experience with front-end development frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or AngularJS.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Experience with Git version control system.
