We can’t wait to see what we can do together.Take a look at our other projects here.The fun stuff you'll be doingFocus on delivering automated tests in core technologiesCreate test documentationDefine test scope for the tested area and identify the riskDefine and improve the QA processesProvide support to other team membersLead and input into technical discussionsRequirementsExperience:Minimum 8 years of overall experience in manual and automation testing.At least 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation.Proven experience working with Cypress.io and/or Playwright.Strong knowledge of JavaScript (TypeScript and Node.js experience preferred).Exposure to Python or Java is an added advantage.Technical Skills:Solid understanding of testing techniques, with strong manual testing expertise and some exposure to non-functional testing.Experience in API testing using Postman.Hands-on experience with Front-End and Back-End automation.Good understanding of CI/CD setup, SQL databases, and monitoring services (e.g., Rollbar, New Relic).Experience in test design, test planning, QA strategy, and root cause analysis.Familiarity with large datasets or applications with a large customer base is a strong plus.Working knowledge of databases and advanced Excel is a plus.Project & Process Management:Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in independently managing the full QA lifecycle within a project.Active participation in daily standups, client demos, requirement analysis, and regular communication with developers, PMs, designers, and clients.Proven capability in test reporting and ensuring quality metrics are communicated effectively.Soft Skills:Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong ability to mentor and guide other testers.Demonstrates ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.BenefitsWe provide a wide range of benefits to make sure that everyone is satisfied and happy at work:Remote-first, 'work from anywhere’ cultureOpen culture and flat hierarchyFlexible working hoursSabbatical leaves - 4 weeks' paid leave for every 3 years of complete continuous serviceFantastic funded learning, career development and promotional opportunitiesAmazing team meetups/get-togethers and longer trips awayMedical InsuranceYearly Health CheckupsAwesome Referral RewardsWe are an international, cross-cultural and diverse team made up of all sorts of interesting talents and personalities, so to work here is to work global - truly
