At Mitigata, we combine Cybersecurity + Compliance + Insurance to protect what matters most—servers, data, balance sheets & trust.

Now we're looking for a Senior DevOps + SecOps Engineer to help us scale secure infrastructure, automate deployments, and harden our cloud stack against real-world threats.

What You'll Do

Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask/FastAPI) micro services

Deploy services using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS, and CloudFormation/CDK/Terraform

Own and optimize deployments via GitHub Actions, Jenkins

Handle multi-cloud environments (AWS primary, plus GCP or Azure if needed)

Embed security: SAST/DAST, SBOM, dependency scanning, IAM & secrets management

Monitor and respond to infrastructure and app-level incidents with tools like ELK, CloudWatch and Advance SIEM

What We're Looking For

4+ years in DevOps, with deep infra & automation chops

Hands-on with AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, IaC

Solid scripting skills (Python/Bash)

Knowledge of incident response, DevSecOps, secure deployment practices

Familiarity with Java build/deployment pipelines (Maven, Gradle, JAR/Docker packaging)

Comfortable with Python API deployment patterns (Gunicorn, Uvicorn, Celery, etc.)
