About the Role

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business, build strong relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate and close deals.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify leads, manage them through the sales funnel, and drive closures.
  • CRM & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance in the CRM.

Requirements:

We're looking for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably from the Technology, SaaS, or Fintech domain.

Experience:
  • Senior Sales Manager: 8-12 years in enterprise sales.
  • Junior Sales Manager: 5-7 years in enterprise sales.
Skills & Attributes:
