Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Bajaj Electricals Warehouse
Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 in hand + PF & ESIC
Experience: 1 - 2 years in a similar role
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the loading and unloading of goods to ensure timely dispatch and receipt.
  • Oversee the inventory management process, including stock accuracy and cycle counting.
  • Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials to optimize warehouse space.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials and update inventory systems.
  • Ensure safety compliance and proper handling of products to prevent damage.
  • Work closely with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for efficient operations.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Comfortable working at the Bajaj Electricals Warehouse location.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse documentation.
