Manager - Inside Sales

Job Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead and inspire our team of Inside Sales Representatives.

- In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by effectively managing the sales team, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales representatives to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.

- Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Manage team schedules and ensure adequate coverage.

- Sales Performance & Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Monitor team performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

- Design and refine sales pitches and presentations, highlighting key USPs.

- Strategize to improve lead conversion rates and strengthen the sales funnel.

- Develop initiatives to improve the overall customer acquisition journey.

- Lead Generation & Management: Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and other lead generation activities.

- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to provide feedback on digital presence, lead generation campaigns, and marketing materials.

- Work with Sales Operations to optimize top-of-funnel generation and sales processes.

- Ensure accurate tracking and adherence to team's daily input metrics and KPIs.

- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to enhance the client experience and address customer needs.

- Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve sales processes, reporting, and tools.

- Engage with multiple stakeholders to drive changes and improvements for SME clients (if applicable).

- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

- Identify and implement best practices for inside sales.

- Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) and calling solutions to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.

- Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, including at least 1 year in a team management role.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams.

- Strong understanding of inside sales methodologies and best practices.

- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and calling solutions.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

- Strong communication,1 interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and drive changes, particularly for SME clients.
