We need a Lead Consultant with following Job Description Design and oversee the implementation of secure, scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions aligned with leading security frameworks and standards including NIST 800-63 Digital Identity Guidelines, ISO 27001 IAM controls, and industry best practices for authentication and authorization. Conduct comprehensive assessments of Identity and Access Management (IAM) posture across the organization, identify control gaps and security weaknesses in authentication, authorization, and access governance processes. Develop an actionable roadmap to strengthen IAM controls, enhance privileged access management, implement zero trust principles, and remediate excessive access rights and identity-related security risks. Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in Identity and Access Management including Modern authentication methods (passwordless, biometric, FIDO2), Zero Trust identity solutions and adaptive access controls, Identity threat detection and response capabilities, Cloud-native identity platforms and services, Emerging identity threats and attack vectors Successfully led strategic Identity and Access Management consulting initiatives, partnering with senior client stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive IAM strategies. Guide organizations through IAM transformation programs, from current state assessment to target state implementation. Provide executive-level advisory on identity governance, authentication modernization, privileged access management, and identity-first security approaches. Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align IAM capabilities with organizational objectives while ensuring security and compliance requirements are met. Your role In the role of an experienced Consultant, you will drive end-to-end engagements from business process analysis to solution delivery. You will be instrumental in problem definition, solution architecture, and team guidance. As a thought leader, you will advise on design reviews and lead business pursuit initiatives. You will shape innovative solutions to address evolving client needs. Required Minimum 7+ years of experience, with expertise in Identity and Access Management specialist roles. Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management architectures, including unified identity governance frameworks, federated access models, and comprehensive IAM controls. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive IAM architectures, with deep understanding of industry frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST 800-63) and hands-on experience in identity governance, access management, and privileged access controls. Proven ability to establish robust identity lifecycle management processes, implement segregation of duties controls, and automate access certification workflows while ensuring compliance with security standards and organizational policies. Experience in designing and implementing scalable enterprise Identity and Access Management architectures ensuring support for both cloud-native and hybrid identity scenarios leveraging third-party security tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, Entra ID, Okta, Ping and Forgerock Demonstrate a firm commitment to staying current with evolving Identity and Access Management capabilities Preferred Possesses strong knowledge of industry best practices and standards related to IAM, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and OWASP. Experience with diverse range of IAM technologies, including but not limited to: identity providers, privileged access management, Identity governance, and cloud IAM platforms. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Java, or PowerShell Possesses relevant industry certifications demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in IAM, cloud security and architecture, such as (ISC)² Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or (ISC)² Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
