Job Description :

Responsibilities :

Solution Design and Development :

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architecture.

- Design and develop custom PowerApps applications to automate business processes and improve productivity.

- Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience.

- Integrate PowerApps with various data sources, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external systems.

- Leverage Power Automate to automate workflows and streamline processes.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of PowerApps solutions.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to optimize application performance.

- Collaborate with the QA team to define and execute test cases.

Deployment and Maintenance :

- Deploy PowerApps solutions to production environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.

- Provide ongoing maintenance and support, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates.

- Monitor application performance and user adoption to identify areas for improvement.

Best Practices and Standards :

- Adhere to Microsoft's best practices and guidelines for PowerApps development.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Power Platform ecosystem.

- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3 -5 years of experience in developing PowerApps solutions.

- Strong proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

- Experience in working with data connectors and APIs.

- Knowledge of data modeling and data transformation techniques.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Power Apps + Power Automate Developer Associate certification.

- Experience with Power Virtual Agents and Power Pages.

- Knowledge of low-code/no-code development principles.

- Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools
