With a wealth of industry and real-time experience in Bangalore, Dubai, and other overseas markets, UPDOT is passionate about crafting a comprehensive digital journey for brands.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX designer located in Bengaluru. The UI/UX designer will be responsible for creating mock-ups, visual designs, and prototypes, as well as ensuring a seamless user experience. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with the design and development teams, conducting user research, and implementing front-end development techniques.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and prototype intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile apps.Create original illustrations, icons, and infographics to support product UI and marketing content.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring design concepts to life.Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and users.Ensure consistent visual language and brand identity across all platforms.Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX and digital illustration.Required Skills & Qualifications1+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and custom illustrations or graphic design projects.Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similarSkilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop (After Effects - motion graphics a plus).Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.Ability to create visually engaging compositions that balance usability with creativity.Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Package: The package for this role ranges from 4LPA to 5.3 LPA.
