Pintola is consumed by millions of families and athletes across India.Quality is not just a department — it is our core identity.We are looking for a Quality Control Manager who can protect this identity and lead our entire QC function with discipline, accuracy, and ownership.Role OverviewThe QC Manager will ensure that every product leaving our factory meets the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead QC operations for raw materials, batch-wise checks & finished goodsImplement & maintain FSSAI, HACCP, GMP & food safety protocolsOversee daily lab operations, micro testing & chemical testingConduct hygiene audits, plant inspections & quality validationsApprove batches, release production lines & manage non-conformance reportsMaintain all QC documentation, traceability records & statutory dataWork closely with Production, R&D, Maintenance & Procurement teamsTrain teams on food safety standards, SOPs & hygiene disciplineLead root-cause analyses & implement corrective actionsIdeal CandidatesMinimum 5 years in FMCG/food manufacturing productionStrong team leadership & decision-making capabilityKnowledge of food production machinery preferredConfident in managing fast-paced operationsMust relocate to Himatnagar
