We are looking for a Resident Psychiatrist at Alpha Healing CenterDesignation: Resident PsychiatristMinimum Degree: MD/DPM.Criteria: Fluent in English and Good communication skills.Duration of Experience: Fresher or Minimum 1 years of experience in relevant field.Salary: As per industry standardsJob Location: Jambughoda, Gujarat (70km’s from Vadodara)Interested candidates can e-mail their resume to or call on below number:Naytik Sheth: naytik@alphahealingcenter.in & +91 82008 28884The Resident Psychiatrist at Alpha Healing Center is responsible for the following:Patient Assessment & Diagnosis – Conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing mental health conditions, and determining the appropriate treatment plan.Medication Management – Prescribing and monitoring psychiatric medications based on patient needs.Detox Supervision – Overseeing medical detoxification for patients, ensuring safety, and managing withdrawal symptoms.Crisis Intervention – Handling psychiatric emergencies and managing patients in distress.Treatment Planning – Collaborating with the Clinical Psychologist, Counseling Psychologist, and other team members to create and adjust treatment plans.Family Communication – Conducting weekly family calls and updating status on Trello.Clinical Documentation – Ensuring all psychiatric assessments, prescriptions, and progress notes are documented properly.Consultation & Coordination – Consulting with senior Doctor’s regarding patient treatment plans when needed.Team Meetings – Attending team discussions with the Clinical Team, and other staff to review patient progress.Compliance & Legal Documentation – Signing all admission forms as per MHCA guidelines and ensuring compliance with psychiatric treatment regulations.For more details about Alpha Healing Center- please visit our website www.Alphahealingcenter.In or call on +91 82008 28884
