Role Description

Defy Aerospace is looking for a sharp, structured, and execution-focused individual to join our Founder’s Office as an Executive Assistant. This role goes far beyond calendar management — you’ll work closely with the founder to drive critical projects, draft business proposals, prepare investor/client decks, and ensure high-priority tasks get done with speed and clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage founder’s calendar, meetings, prep notes, and follow-ups
  • Draft proposals, SOPs, and pitch decks for partners, clients, and investors
  • Track business initiatives, internal projects, and team bandwidth
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support decision-making
  • Assist in strategic outreach, partnerships, and GTM planning
  • Ensure operational efficiency and communication clarity across the org


What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in strategy, operations, founder support, or consulting-style roles
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and execute with discipline
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
