Designation: Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Delhi, Hyderabad




Position Summary: We are seeking a pre-sales executive with good communication skills and a hustler's approach. We are committed to empowering individuals by facilitating access to quality education abroad through customized financial solutions. As we expand our team, we seek a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:




Initiate outbound calls to prospective students who may require financial assistance for their education abroad.

Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and educate them about our education loan products.

Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and rapport-building.

Stay updated on the features and benefits of our education loan products.

Effectively communicate product details and eligibility criteria to potential clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of a lead from the Pre-Sales Team to the Sales Team.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversion.

Ensure a positive experience for potential clients throughout the engagement process.

Required Qualifications:




Freshers can apply with minimum 6month experience

Excellent verbal communication skills

Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely

Strong persuasion skills

Comfortable working towards sales targets

Empathetic and patient approach towards potential leads

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Willingness to contribute to the success of the team and the organization.
