We’re based in Bangalore , building for teams that work in some of the toughest environments. What You’ll Work On This is a hands-on, foundational role. You’ll be defining and building the core systems that power Raven: Build backend systems in python/go. Design and maintain AI infrastructure that scales across industrial use cases. Create and optimize multi-modal pipelines to process information from large technical documents, diagrams (e.g., P&IDs), and live data streams. Work on knowledge graphs and other tools to link operational and maintenance data across systems. Build systems for real-time data processing You’ll also: Test new models and approaches in real-world conditions, not just controlled environments. Prototype AI workflows to understand plant diagrams, control systems, and operational nuances. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the systems integrate seamlessly into plant workflows. Who We’re Looking For We need someone who loves solving hard problems, takes ownership, and can work through ambiguity. Here’s what we’re looking for: 2-4+ years of experience shipping production-ready systems. Strong Python/Go expertise and familiarity with modern AI frameworks . A real interest in LLMs, staying up-to-date with current research, and thinking about how these systems can evolve. Deeply interested to work with embedding systems or retrieval architectures . Someone who takes initiative, thrives in ambiguity, and is motivated to build things that work in the real world. Bonus: You’ve worked in a startup before and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
