About the Role


We need full-time Closers to close premium, international offers without hunting for leads. You’ll work with warm prospects booked by our appointment setter team and focus purely on high-quality sales conversations with founders and senior professionals.


  • Run online consultations with pre-qualified, show-up-ready leads.
  • Diagnose goals, present value, and close in one–two calls.
  • Keep CRM spotless; record calls; follow a proven script while personalizing.
  • Share feedback to improve offers, funnels, and show-up rates.


Compensation


  • USD commissions (7-12%) (uncapped) bi-weekly payouts
  • Warm lead flow and calendar managed by setters
  • Choose your hours (align to US/EU or India, your call)
  • Clear growth path to Senior Closer / Team Lead

  • Fluent English, confident on camera, strong objection handling
