Finance & HR Operations Associate Manager

who thrives in

startup environments, is hands-on, and can independently manage finance, compliance, and HR operations

with minimal oversight.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

Finance, Compliance & Business Operations•

Own the financial backbone

of the company—bookkeeping, reconciliations, tax filings, and compliance.•Ensure

100% statutory compliance

with

GST, TDS, labor laws, and ROC filings

in India.•Oversee

audit coordination, financial reporting, and vendor payments

while optimizing operational spending.

‍

HR, Payroll & Talent Operations•

Run payroll independently

with proper compliance and benefits administration.•Manage

employee contracts, hiring processes, onboarding, and office HR policies.•Support the CEO with

strategic HR planning

and operational improvements.

Executive & Growth Support•Work

closely with the CEO

on

financial models, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.•Support in investor reporting, due diligence, and

expansion into global markets (Middle East, US, APAC).•Assist in

structuring finance & HR operations

for future

StellarNOVA Ventures portfolio companies.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔

MUST HAVE: 1-3 years of experience

in finance, compliance, HR, or operations—ideally in

a startup or growth-stage company.✔

Hands-on, proactive problem solver

who can manage responsibilities independently without hand-holding.✔ Strong

understanding of Indian taxation, labor laws, payroll compliance, and financial operations.✔ Experience working with

CA firms, audits, investor reporting, and statutory filings.✔ A

self-starter, adaptable, and eager to grow

in a high-impact, fast-moving environment.✔ Passionate about

AgTech, sustainability, and working in an innovative, high-growth startup.
