Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ecommerce Manager to lead our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about e-commerce, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of driving sales and optimizing the online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.

Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and develop action plans to optimize performance and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.

Manage and oversee the ecommerce platform, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance meet or exceed industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, IT, and customer service to ensure seamless integration and alignment of ecommerce initiatives.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the ecommerce landscape.

Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Prepare and present regular reports and insights on ecommerce performance, trends, and opportunities to senior management.

Eligibility criteria and Exposure required:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.

Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve ecommerce performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.

Proficiency in ecommerce analytics tools, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software applications.
