Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team and focus on the iron and steel industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time position located in our Hyderabad office. The role is mid-level, offering an excellent opportunity for professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer relationship management (Mandatory skill) - Demonstrated experience in managing and nurturing client relationships in the iron and steel sector.
  • Sales forecasting (Mandatory skill) - Proficiency in predicting future sales trends and preparing sales forecasts.
  • Iron and steel sales (Mandatory skill) - Proven track record in selling iron and steel products, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Product positioning - Expertise in strategically placing products in the market to maximize sales and market share.
  • Competitive analysis - Ability to analyze competitors and understand their strengths and weaknesses to develop competitive strategies.
  • Marketing strategies - Experience in formulating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Negotiation skills - Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals effectively.
  • Communication skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and maintain customer rapport.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically tailored to the iron and steel industry.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts to senior management, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
  • Manage product positioning and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
