What do we need from your end?Operations Executive3.14 Digital is a Digital & Mobile performance marketing company, serving brands and agencies for over 4 years,the company has gained expertise in technology and platform, offering 360-degree solutions to the client.Our capability to understand the media and requirements has helped us serve clients across verticals likeGaming, BFSI, Travel, Real Estate, Automobile etc.If you thrive on solving complex challenges with technology, 3.14 is the place for you.Campaign Setup & Management● Plan, configure, and launch digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and ad platforms.● Monitor campaign performance, ensuring proper delivery, pacing, and adherence to client goals.● Troubleshoot discrepancies or technical issues in real-time to ensure smooth execution.Attribution & Tracking (MMP Expertise)● Manage and optimize mobile attribution through platforms such as Appsflyer, Adjust, and Branch.● Ensure accurate tracking setup, event mapping, and data validation across campaigns.● Analyze MMP data to identify optimization opportunities and ensure performance transparency.Cross-Functional Coordination● Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Supply/Inventory teams to align campaignobjectives and delivery schedules.● Act as the operational bridge between demand and supply sides to ensure end-to-end execution.● Support Sales teams with feasibility checks, targeting recommendations, and performance reporting.Performance Analysis & ReportingRequirementsWhat will we offer you?To Know More About Us :Location● Generate and interpret performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations.● Track key KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, and retention metrics.● Present findings to internal stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.Process Improvement & Quality Assurance● Identify and implement process enhancements to improve campaign efficiency and reduce errors.● Maintain documentation of workflows, setup guidelines, and best practices.● Conduct QA checks to ensure data integrity and campaign accuracy across all platforms.● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field● Must have experience in the AdTech or Digital Advertising industry● Strong knowledge of campaign setup, tracking, and optimization● Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic advertising platforms● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with reporting tools is a plus● A world-class Working environment.● Opportunity to participate actively in the development and future of 3.14.● A dynamic but relaxed and supportive working environment that encourages personaldevelopment.
