About the role

Drive excellent operations through close partnership with market and regional finance leadership teams. Owns and drives delivery governance.

Own the operational relationships with market finance leadership.

Your responsibilities

Build strong relationships with market and regional finance leadership developing a sound understanding of their priorities. Ensure GFS delivers strategic value aligned to the markets and GFS priorities. Partnership with IBM Service Delivery lead ensuring stable operations. Drive efficient and effective operations and work with IBM and markets to develop and deploy automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead identification of opportunities for expansion of GFS services across the group (new business) Efficient and effective management of escalations and key delivery issues between markets and core GFS operations Lead effective service transition.

The experience we're looking for

5+ years' experience of working in a complex organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA is preferred. Sound judgement and strong business acumen, always looking at the best possible outcome for Reckitt and aligned to Reckitt's goals. Strong customer service mindset Proven leadership skills in building, developing, and retaining high performing teams, including the provision of coaching and feedback.
