You've got what it takes if you have… A bachelor's degree related to accounting/finance or related experience 8+ years of experience in similar roles; experience leading O2C, L2C or customer billing & collections in an Outsourcing/BPO Industry Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with teams and stakeholders Must have strong critical thinking, problem solving, and solution-based approach Ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency Track record of achieving results with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through Advance English and good written and verbal communication skills to interact upward and cross functionally are a must Strong knowledge of MS office especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook Must be comfortable working in a global company across multiple time zones.  #LI-OnSite
