Requirement-CONTENT QA – AEM

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in quality assurance, with a focus on content authoring or front-end testing.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, SQL, and data structures.
  • Experience with Tealium for tag management and analytics.
  • Knowledge of front-end QA processes and functional testing methodologies.
  • Automation skills (e.G., Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including Jira and Confluence, for task tracking, documentation, and collaboration.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving ability are a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (e.G., WCAG).
  • Understanding of content delivery networks (CDNs) and their impact on content performance.
  • Experience with Responsive Web Design concept & testing approach.
  • Experience with cross-browser & platform testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing for content authored in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing for content authored in proprietary Product Information Management Systems.
  • Validate front-end content rendering, ensuring compatibility and consistency across browsers and devices.
  • Ensure content staged and live is consistent with briefs and technical documentation as per described from platform engineers and business stakeholders.
  • Perform functional testing to ensure content meets business requirements and user expectations.
  • Collaborate with content authors, developers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve content-related issues.
  • Utilize knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and data structures to troubleshoot and verify content integrity.
  • Leverage Tealium for tag management and analytics tracking to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans to ensure high-quality content delivery.
  • (Optional) Implement and maintain automated testing scripts to streamline QA processes.
