The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing for both digital and print media. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for social media, as well as offline materials such as banners, hoardings, menus, flyers, and branding materials like logos.Key Responsibilities:- Social Media Design:- Create engaging and on-brand graphics for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.- Develop visually compelling content to support social media campaigns and promotions.- Offline Design:- Design banners, hoardings, menus, flyers, and other print materials.- Develop branding materials including logo creation, visualization, and brand identity design.- Collaboration:- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.- Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is accurately represented in the final designs.- Project Management:- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all tasks.- Maintain organized project files and backups.Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of previous work.- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Strong understanding of social media design trends and best practices.- Experience in creating print materials and understanding of print production processes.- Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.- Preferred: Previous experience working in an agency environment.What We Offer:- Health Insurance for self & family- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A collaborative and dynamic work environment.- Exposure to diverse projects and clients across various sectors.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their resume, portfolio, and a cover letter explaining why they are a perfect fit for this role to hr@picaro.co.in.
