Dance Instructor

We are hiring for these time slots - 9 PM - 1 AM 4 PM - 8 PM Job description We are looking for Bollywood Teacher who have the ability to motivate, educate and help children discover the potential for greatness inside of them. Dance Teacher Responsibilities: Teach children age 6 to 16 in an online setting. Humble nature with empathetic values to connect with the younger children. Conducting creative activities and developing interactive classrooms. Ensure that students enjoy the course Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions. Conduct group and private lessons as required. Provide a fun and creative environment. Qualifications/Experience required: Strong subject knowledge Experience in teaching Dance Relevant working experience Requirements: Good English Communication Skills Must have experience in teaching children (Mandatory) Laptop and good internet connection is also required. Other Information: Option from the comfort of your home Salary Standard for Late Night hours 9 PM - 1 AM 1-25 Sessions : Rs.165/- per session + Rs. 80 /- per demo 26-60 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo 61- 80 Sessions: Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo 81 & above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo Salary Standard for normal hrs 4PM - 8PM 1-25 Sessions : Rs.125/- per session + Rs. 75 /- per demo 26-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo 61- 80 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo 81 & above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 4 hrs/ day For 1st month Rs 4000 2nd month Rs 8000 3rd month Rs 12000
