We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer with a strong passion for creating user-first, modern, and visually compelling digital experiences. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact, client-facing design projects (80%) and drive innovative internal design initiatives (20%). You'll be responsible for overseeing the full design process—from discovery and ideation to execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create responsive web and mobile designs focused on usability and visual storytelling.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Define and maintain design systems, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver intuitive user journeys.
  • Stay current with UI/UX trends and tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven UI/UX design experience.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong grasp of UX principles, responsive design, and digital design systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and lead design discussions.
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development.
