Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Location: Remote

Work Hours: Must be available for US overlapping hours, including client calls until 10 PM IST.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise Salesforce architecture, along with experience integrating Salesforce with other business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership across Salesforce development teams and guide best practices for design, development, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead Salesforce integrations with external applications such as Marketo, ERP systems, third-party APIs, and other enterprise applications.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Optimize and streamline Salesforce automation, workflows, and data models.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and industry trends to enhance solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex Salesforce-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce architecture best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and third-party applications (Marketo, ERP systems).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and version control tools like Git.
  • Expertise in security models, data modeling, and performance tuning within Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) are a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Marketo or other marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize Salesforce processes and data management.
