Role: Content Writer intern

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in blogs and guest posts.
  • Assist with social media content and distribution.
  • Write SEO-optimized content pieces to maximize the website's online visibility in search results.
  • Utilize contact center industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to curate high-quality messaging.
  • Proofread and edit content posts before publishing.
  • Use simple tools like Grammarly and Plagiarism Checker to edit and validate content.
  • You'll work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Design teams.

You're good at:

  • Thinking out of the box
  • Great at experimenting with narratives.
  • Framing mindblowing headlines, CTAs, and titles.
  • Keyword positioning in the blog.
  • Researching and using data points to justify statements.
  • Communicate your ideas and opinions clearly to the team.
  • Taking responsibility and charge when needed.
