Cult.Fit is on the lookout for an experienced Quality Controller to ensure our apparel products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. If you have an eye for detail, a strong understanding of garment construction and thrive in dynamic production environments this opportunity is for you


Key Responsibilities :-


  • Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections at vendor/factory locations.
  • Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, approved samples & global quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes and proactively highlight concerns.
  • Maintain accurate inspection reports & documentation.
  • Follow up with vendors on corrective actions and ensure quality improvements.
  • Evaluate fabric & trims quality before production begins.
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to resolve product/production issues.
  • Liaise with testing labs for fabric/garment testing.
  • Support vendor development with feedback & training on quality standards.
  • Escalate critical issues to QA Head/Management promptly.


Key Requirements :-


  • Minimum 5 years experience in apparel quality control. (buying office/export house preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing & finishing.
  • Familiar with AQL, 4-Point System & other QC standards.
  • Willingness to travel to factory/vendor locations.
  • Excellent communication, coordination & problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Textile/Apparel/Fashion Technology preferred.

  • Exposure to working with brands.
  • Analytical mindset with proactive quality assurance approach.
